Peechankai set to release on June 15

The release date of 'Peechankai', an upcoming dark comedy based on alien hand syndrome (which causes a person's limb to move involintarily) has been announced as June 15, 2017. The film which was shot in and around Chennai is ready for release.
The plot of the story is that the hero played by RS Karthik is a pick-pocket who suffers from alien hand syndrome after he meets with an accident.Several situations force him to join a kidnapping gang and how he manages to fit in the gang despite his malfunctioning hand forms the story. After he joins the gang, the story takes a different direction.
Directed by debutant Ashok Kumar, the movie features RS Karthik, Anjali Rao, Vivek Prasanna and MS Bhaskar among others. Produced under PG Media Works and Karsa Entertainment, the film has Balamurali Balu for the music and Gautham Rajendran for cinematography.
