Parvathy Nair in Ashok Selvan's next

We had earlier reported that Ashok Selvan had signed a film titled Pirai Thediya Naatkal, in which he plays a physically challenged person. The latest we hear is that Parvathy Nair of Uttama Villain fame has been roped in as the female lead. Abraham Prabu, the writer of Pooja Umashankar's critically acclaimed film Vidiyum Munn, is the director.
A source in the know confirmed the news, 'It's true that Parvathy has been roped in as one of the leads in the film, and the shoot will begin in the month of September.Telugu actress Ritu Varma is playing another lead. It's a romantic film with an interesting plot.' We also hear that the team will be heading to Nepal to shoot major portions.
