Parvathy files harassment complaint against a stalker

Parvathy, who is known to Tamil audiences through films like Poo and Maryan, have wowed the viewers with her Malayalam projects like Bangalore Days and Uyare, too. The actress, who is often seen as an outspoken person, doesn't mince her words and has hit headlines for voicing her opinion on various issues. She is now in the news for filing a police complaint against a stalker who has been harassing her and her family members since sometime.Apparently, a guy with a Facebook profile name Kishore, started sending her messages which she ignored.
Later, he is said to have sent messages to her brother and father. The incident took a new turn when he himself appeared at her home last month. According to the actress, Kishore abused her and her father and accused the latter for not bringing her up properly. An FIR is said to have filed under section 354D. Parvathy's last film in Tamil was Vasanth's Sivaranjiniyum Innum Sila Pengalum. The film, which was screened at several film festivals, is expecting a theatrical release soon.
