. The veteran actor took to his micro-blogging page to share his opinion on the film. Parthiban had made a film with a similar plot titled Kudaikkul Mazhai way back in 2004, which had met with mixed reviews. He added that such ‘pranks’ should be condemned as they are way worse than eve teasing.

Aadai is a thriller directed by Rathna Kumar and has Amala Paul playing the role of

, a free-spirited, daredevil girl. The plot revolves around Kamini, who gets the shock of her life when she finds herself naked in an abandoned building after a late-night party. Cinematography for the film is by Vijay Karthik Kannan and editing is by Shafique Mohammed Ali. Interestingly, the film has been receiving good reviews by the audience and critics alike.
