Pa Ranjith to produce five films under Neelam Productions

Veteran director Pa. Ranjith turned into a successful producer after producing Pariyerum Perumal directed by Maari Selvaraj and the recent one being Irandam Ulagaporin Kadaisi Gundu which also got rave reviews. Now the director said in a press meet that he will produce five films under his banner Neelam productions.
The five films include three films by debutants Suresh Mari, Akiran Moses and Franklin and the other two by Maari Selvaraj and Merku Thodarchi Malai fame Lenin Bharathi. Pa Ranjith much known for making socially relevant movies promised all the films produced under Neelam production will be socially responsible.
Ranjith announced a biopic of Birsa Munda, an Indian tribal freedom fighter under his direction a few months ago which is yet to be kickstarted. The star cast and crew of the movie is not yet finalised while the movie is produced by Shareen Mantri Kedia under Namah pictures and this will be the director’s debut film in Hindi.
