‘Oru Nadigayin Vakku Moolam' music director Aathish passes away in Chennai

Music director Nageshwar Rao alias Aathish passed away at a private hospital in Chennai on Sunday. He was not keeping well since the past few days and was hospitalized for treatment. However after failing to respond to medical aid, Aathish breathed his last. South film musicians like Dhina and composer Kanmaniraja, among others paid a tribute to Aathish, as they attended his last rites on Sunday.
Aathish has composed the music for Sonia Agarwal's 'Oru Nadigayin Vakku Moolam', which was directed by Rajkrishna. Aathish has also composed music for Tamil films like 'Thel' and 'Mouna Mazhi'. He had scored the music for more than 100 films across Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam films. Not just Tamil cinema, but Aathish enjoyed massive popularity in other languages too.
