Nivin to play a thug in his next with Natty

We reported earlier that that Nivin Pauly's upcoming Tamil film, directed by debutant Gautham Ramachandran, has Prakash Raj playing the role of a pastor. Now, the director informs that the project has been titled Richie, which is named after the character of Nivin Pauly in the film.
Gautham says, 'The film revolves around two characters ' played by Nivin and Natty. It's a revenge drama and revolves around their friendship.The film is titled after Nivin's character ' Richie, and he will be seen essaying the role of a thug in it.' He adds, 'Natty plays the role of a boat mechanic, and most of the scenes are being shot in Thoothukudi and Manapad.' The film has Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli and Shraddha Srinath playing the female leads.
