Nivin Pauly is all praise for Peranbu and Mammootty

A special screening of director Raam’s

Peranbu

, which stars Mega Star Mammootty in the lead role, was held in Kochi on Sunday evening. A lot of celebrities from the Malayalam film industry had been invited to the screening.

The film, which has already won acclaim at various film festivals, moved hotshot actor Nivin Pauly so much that the young actor put up a Facebook post to wax eloquent on it and Mammootty’s acting. In his post, the actor said, “#Peranbu is poignantly beautiful. It has everything you would want to see. Expressions and emotions so beautifully captured. The movie completely steals our mind. And yes, if you want to see Mammukka Mammootty at his best, this is the movie you should watch! Such an extraordinary and powerful acting display from our legend. That’s the reason why he is an actor par excellence. The reason why we all get inspired by him. #Sadhana, who played his daughter did a brilliant job. #AnjaliAmeer is phenomenal on screen so is the more experienced Anjali. Peranbu, which had its world premiere at the International Film Festival Rotterdam on January 27, 2018, will finally hit screens in India on February 1. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music for this film, about a father rediscovers compassion while tending to his daughter, a special child.
