Stating that she will be making a special appearance in the film, Neetu adds, “It’s more like an extended cameo and I’m playing myself in the film. I shot for a song with Nakkhul in Chennai about two months ago. I will be seen in saris throughout the number; in fact, I sourced the saris on my own. I’ve some scenes in the film as well. Many ask me why I agree to do cameo appearances in Kollywood. That’s because I don’t want my Bollywood and theatre schedule to affect my work in the Tamil film industry; I want to be remembered by the audience.”
