Joju George, National Film Award winning Malayalam actor and producer, has joined the team of
Karthik Subbaraj's upcoming Tamil film starring
Dhanush. "Welcome on board," Karthik tweeted on Friday, confirming the news. Y Not Studios, the film's production company, tweeted that the actor had joined the film's shooting in London.
Joju, who is known for starring in films including Chola and Udhaharanam Sujatha, won a National Film Award-Special Mention for his role in 2018 film Joseph. Karthik Subbaraj's film will feature Malayalam actress Aishwarya Lekshmi as the female lead. The film's cast also includes Scottish actor James Cosmo of Game of Thrones and Braveheart fame, and Kalaiyarasan.
The untitled film, which goes by '

' has music by Santosh Narayan. Produced by Sashikanth's Y NOT Studios and Reliance Entertainment, the gangster-thriller will be entirely filmed in the United Kingdom.
