‘Naragasooran’: The trailer of Karthick Naren’s film to release on August 1

It’s official! The trailer of Karthick Naren’s much-awaited suspense-thriller ‘Naragasooran’ will be unveiled on August 1, 2018. Sharing the exciting news on Twitter, Karthick Naren tweeted, “Official trailer of #Naragasooran will be released on August 1. 'The characters & conflicts'. Excited.”

Karthick Naren became a household name following the stupendous success of his debut film ‘Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru’, which won over critics and audiences alike.In fact, Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap said he was a fan of ‘D 16’ recently. After being in production for a long time now, the makers are finally gearing up for release this August. ‘Naragasooran’ completed the censor formalities recently and has been passed with a ‘U/A’ certificate.
Following a public spat between Karthick Naren and producer Gautham Menon, it looks like the ace filmmaker has now pulled himself out from the film. Prior to this, the project was to be produced by Menon’s Ondraga Entertainment and Shraddha Entertainment. However, Naren accused Menon of cheating on Twitter.
Starring Arvind Swami, Shriya Saran, Sundeep Kishan, Aathmika and Indrajith in lead roles, the project has music by Ron Ethan Yohaan.
