The team behind the movie says that Nandita, known for her dedication to work, has shot most of the stunt sequences without body doubles. The team is confident that after the release of the movie, the audience will definitely appreciate her action scenes and after
Vijayashanti, no other actress has done stunts in such a manner in films. They add that though the actress got hurt during the shooting of an action scene, it did not deter her from going ahead with the rest of the shooting.
The film's director says that the movie is in praise of women and that's why they titled the film IPC 376, which is about a section that deals with sexual crimes against women.
