We had recently reported that Nalan Kumarasamy’s cult classic Soodhu Kavvum, which released in 2013, is getting a sequel. While the film starring Mirchi Shiva went on floors a couple weeks ago, the makers have now released the motion poster of the film.
The motion poster of the film titled 'Soodhu Kavvum 2' with a tagline Naadum Naatu Makkalum, directed by SJ Arjun was released by director Venkat Prabhu, Ramkumar, RJ Balaji and music composer GV Prakash Kumar.
CV Kumar earlier revealed that 'Soodhu Kavvum 2' will be a proper sequel and not a standalone film. There will be a lot of elements that connect the first part. Actors from the first film, including Ramesh Thilak, Karunakaran, Radha Ravi, Yog Japee among others will be part of this project.
The technical team has Edwin Louis scoring the music, while cinematography and editing are to be handled respectively by Karthik K Thillai and Ignatious Ashwin.
