Megha Akash roped in to play a doctor in Santhanam’s Vadakkupatti Ramasamy

Santhanam is all set to share the screen with Megha Akash in director Karthik Yogi’s upcoming film, Vadakkupatti Ramasamy. “We took a lot of time to finalise on the female lead as it’s one of the important aspects of the film. I believe that Megha Akash would be apt for the role and I am sure it will be something new for the audience. She’ll play a doctor in the film,” says Karthik.

Talking about the film, Karthik added, “This film is a period comedy set in the backdrop of the 1960s. It’s an interesting concept, and Santhanam will be sporting a new look in the film. ”

Actors like MS Baaskar, Nizhalgal Ravi, Ravi Maria, John Vijay, Seshu, Jacqueline, and Motta Rajendran will also be a part of this project. Meanwhile, Santhanam is working on a film titled, Kick. He is also in talks for a big project, which will be announced soon.
