After the success of Karthi's starrer 'Kaithi' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, actor Arjun Das, who played the villain in the film has been on a roll. The young and talented actor bagged a role in Thalapathy Vijay's 'Master', which is also being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. After bagging the lead role in 'Andhaghaaram' in director Atlee's production,
Arjun Das will now also play the lead in popular Malayalam director's Tamil debut.

Anwar Rasheed of 'Trance' fame is all set to make his entry in Kollywood and Arjun Das will be playing the lead role in the film scripted by Malayalam filmmaker
Midhun Manuel Thomas, who is known for the blockbuster thriller ‘Anjaam Pathiraa’. It is said that director Anwar Rasheed opted for Arjun, impressed with his performance in 'Kaithi'.
Taking to social media to confirm the same, Arjun Das posted, "I have always respected admired Anwar Rasheed sir for his work as a producer & director. To be directed by him and cast as the lead, that too for his debut in Tamil film, is truly an honour. Thank You so much Anwar Rasheed sir, and thank you Midhun Manuel Thimas for believing in me."
Meanwhile, the fasn are eagerly awaiting release of Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi starrer 'Master', which has a huge star cast that includes, Malavika Mohan as the female lead with Arjun Das, Shanthnu, Mahendran, Andrea and many others in important roles.
