Directed by debutant Vinayak Chandrasekaran, 'Good Night' was released in theatres on May 12, 2023. The film is still running in theatres, and it is successfully completing its 1-month run at theatres. Starring Manikandan, Meetha Raghunath, Balaji Shakthivel, and Ramesh Thilak in the lead roles, the movie was critically acclaimed.
The movie was also praised by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Kamal Haasan, Karthi, and many other film fraternities. It is now all set to make its digital premiere. 'Good Night' will be launched on the regional OTT platform on June 17.
'Good Night' is a romantic drama, and the story revolves around Manikandan, a middle-class employee who faces trouble due to snoring. He weds Anu,an orphan, and the movie plot revolves around the family as they face issues as a newly married couple and how they overcome the strains to live a happy life.
The film's music is composed by Sean Roldan, and the movie has made more than Rs 12 crore at the box office in 4 weeks.
