It���������s official now ��������� Mallika Sherawat will shake a leg with Simbu for the Tamil version of the superhit Munni... number in the Dharani-directed Vosthi, the Tamil remake of Dabangg.
Confirming the news, Simbu said, ���������It���������s true that Mallika Sherawat has confirmed to do the number.��������� Added the actor, ���������We were in talks with Katrina Kaif and Vidya Balan to do the song.Though both of them were interested, they couldn���������t do it due to clash of dates. The makers had approached Mallika and she will dance for it.��������� Mallika Sherawat���������s last outing in Kollywood was in Kamal Haasan���������s Dasavatharam.
The buzz in Kollywood is that the hottie has been paid a bomb to do the song. When we quizzed Simbu about it, he said, ���������I���������m not sure about the financial part of it.��������� The song, which is being composed by music director Thaman currently, is touted to be one of the highlights of the film.
���������It will be sung by a special person,��������� Thaman had told us recently. The song is likely to be shot in Hyderabad at the end of this month.
