Theri, a 2016 action thriller directed by Atlee and starring Vijay, was a massive hit in Tamil cinema. The Hindi remake, titled Baby John, stars Varun Dhawan in Vijay’s role, with Keerthy Suresh playing the female lead. Directed by Kalees, Baby John is slated for a December release.

'Pariyerum Perumal'

Ramkumar Balakrishnan’s Parking is a thriller focusing on two tenants vying for a single-car parking space. The critically acclaimed film, which features Harish Kalyan and MS Bhaskar, is set to be remade into five other Indian languages, including Hindi.
