Mafia preview: Will Arun Vijay shine in this mass avatar?

A lot is riding on Arun Vijay's Mafia. An action thriller, Mafia is expected to have lots of twists and turns. Karthick Naren, who impressed the audience with Dhuruvangal Pathinaru, is said to be back with a bang with the film. This is the first time that Karthick Naren and Arun Vijay are teaming up together for a film.
To see two handsome hunks of Tamil Cinema in one film is a treat in itself.And Mafia will have Arun Vijay playing Aryan, the hunter(Protagonist) and Prasanna as RK, the beast(Antagonist). Its a cat and mouse mind game between two guys. Above all, the character posters that were released by the makers was a hit among the audience.
One of the very few Tamil speaking heroines, Priya Bhavani Shankar plays Sathya, the leading lady in the film. Her character in the film is said to be crucial to the entire plot. She has a separate fan base right from her serial days on television and for those fans, Mafia with Priya Bhavani Shankar in it ,will definitely be a treat.
Music director Jakes Bejoy is back with Karthick Naren after the first tamil movie Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru, in which they worked together. Since this movie is an action thriller, there is a lot of expectations on the background scores. Editing for the film is by Gokul Benoy and Sreejith Sarang.The film is produced by Lyca Productions.
