has lauded the efforts of a traffic policeman who pleaded to motorists with folded hands not to come outside unnecessarily during the lockdown due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The video of the traffic cop requesting people not to venture out has become viral on the internet.
Madhavan tweeted, "Tamil Nadu cops risking everything to urge and literally beg some idiot brothers of ours to stay home. I feel so much love, respect & gratitude for these policemen. Salutations Tamil Nadu Police. We owe you. I am so moved. #tamilnadupolice #tamilnadugovernment
