‘Maari 2’: Sai Pallavi to play an auto driver in the Dhanush starrer?

Basking in the success of the latest film ‘Diya’, Sai Pallavi has already started filming for the upcoming gangster comedy ‘Maari 2’ starring Dhanush in the lead. The latest buzz is that the actress will apparently be seen playing an auto driver in the film.
According to reports, Sai Pallavi is reportedly playing the role of an auto driver in the film. Apparently, the ‘Fidaa’ actress also underwent a training to learn auto driving.However, nothing has been officially confirmed. Despite the Kollywood strike, the makers have completed 45 percent of the shoot and are expected to wrap up the film soon.
Being directed by Balaji Mohan, who helmed the first part, ‘Maari 2’ is touted to be a sequel to the gangster film that came out in 2014. Produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films, it stars Tovino Thomas, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Krishna and Robo Shankar in important roles. ‘Maari 2’ has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and is likely to release by the end of this year.
