Lyricist Kannadasan's grandson joins films

Aadhav, grandson of veteran lyricist Kannadasan is making is foray as actor with Ponmalai Pozhudhu. Kamal Haasan will be launching the audio for the movie on 4 June at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai.
The film has Gayu in the lead role opposite Aadhav. Kishore plays an important supporting role. A C Durai is the director. Popular filmmaker A R Murugadoss introduced Aadhav to the media at a recent media briefing.The Ponmaalai Pozhudhu team is very excited since Kamal Haasan himself will be releasing the audio. They feel it is a wonderful gesture on Kamal���s part.
Queried as to why he chose the acting profession instead of turning a lyricist like his celebrated grandfather, Aadhav said that it had been his childhood dream to become an actor and that���s what he ultimately chose to do.
