Lokesh Kanagaraj wishes Rajinikanth on his birthday by sharing 'Chikitu Vibe' song from 'Coolie'; fans say, 'Thalaiva, look so young'

Superstar Rajinikanth is gearing up for the release of his next movie 'Coolie' with Lokesh Kanagaraj, and the makers of the film have now treated his fans to a special song glimpse on his 74th birthday.

On December 12, the makers dropped a teaser clip of a song titled ‘Chikitu Vibe’ from 'Coolie', where Rajinikanth was seen in his charming and vibrant look. He was seen performing some quirky moves with a group of dancers, and the celebratory setup won the hearts of fans.


Lokesh took to his X account (formerly Twitter) to share the birthday wish along with the video link: “Happy, happy birthday thalaivaaa @rajinikanth (red heart emojis). Our gift to you from Team #Coolie (fire emojis).”


‘Chikitu Vibe’ is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with lyrics by Arivu. T. Rajendar, Anirudh, and Arivu lend their voices to the lively track.

Fans have been quick to praise the song, with many expressing their excitement. 'Coolie' is Rajinikanth's 171st film and it also stars Nagarjuna Akkineni, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, and Reba Monica John in key roles. It will not be part of Lokesh’s Cinematic Universe (LCU), and the film is set for release in 2025."
