Lokesh Kanagaraj praises his 'Vikram' co-director Rathna Kumar's 'Gulu Gulu'

Director Rathna Kumar grabbed several eyeballs with his debut directorial 'Meyaadha Maan', and he struck a consecutive success with 'Aadai' starring Amala Paul in the lead role. The talented director also worked as a co-director with director Lokesh Kanagaraj in blockbuster films namely 'Master' and 'Vikram'. Rathna Kumar's third directorial 'Gulu Gulu' starring Santhanam in the lead role, was released last Friday, and the film is receiving good reviews from the audiences and critics.

Lokesh Kanagaraj took to his Twitter to praise Rathna Kumar and the 'Gulu Gulu' team. He wrote, "Kudos to team #GuluGulu.. Really good work by cinematographer @KVijayKartik... Music @Music_Santhosh.. @iamsanthanam sir and most importantly @MrRathna.. Well done machi". Lokesh Kanagaraj's praise for his friend and co-director Rathna Kumar explains the bonding between the duo. Meanwhile, Rathna Kumar has also reportedly associated with Lokesh Kanagaraj in building the screenplay for 'Thalapathy 67', which is expected to be announced soon.
Unlike his earlier songs, Santhanam has tried hands-on dark comedy with 'Gulu Gulu'.
