It seems Mani Ratnam���s Kadal has literally brought a sea of change in Thulasi���s life. The actress, who is currently shooting for Yaan with Jiiva, says, ���There I was, a girl born into a family full of film stars, making a dream debut with a Mani Ratnam film. Naturally, expectations ran sky high. People have been taunting me with ���So, when do we see you in films?��� since long, and I���d been telling them ���Never,��� until the auditions for the flick happened.With my closely guarded look before the film���s release, I kind of became this mystery girl, with people playing guessing games about my acting talent and looks. Yes, life has changed a lot since then.���
About teaming up with Jiiva, she says, ���He was my sister Karthika���s hero in her debut film. Little wonder then that each time we converse, we end up talking about her! Jiiva, with years of experience behind him, helps me fall in the groove of the character I play.���
So, has she signed on any other film? ���Right now, I���m preparing for my board exams. So when I���m back home after the shoot, I have my tuition teacher waiting for me. I���ll be signing my next only after I���m done with this shoot and my exams.
