'Leo' art director hints Kamal Haasan's cameo in the film

Lokesh Kanagraj is currently shooting for his film 'Leo' starring Vijay and Trisha in the lead roles. There was a huge discussion if the film is part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe or not as the movie makers are yet to make an official announcement. However, there have been many hints and sources who reportedly revealed that the film is indeed part of the cinematic universe following 'Kaithi' and 'Vikram'.
Now, the art director of the film, Satheeshkumar, has taken to Twitter to indirectly reveal that Kamal Haasan will be playing a cameo role in the film. He shared the poster "The Eagle is coming," which indirectly refers to Kamal Haasan's role in 'Vikram'. Comments poured in for the post that fans are eager to see Kamal Haasan again in Lokesh Kanagaraj's direction.

Though it is evident that the movie will be part of the cinematic universe, it is yet to be made clear if all the actors of Lokesh Kanagraj's including Fahadh Faasil, Vijay Sethupathi, Suriya, Karthi, who all have played an important role in his previous films will be making an appearance or not. The shooting for 'Leo' is currently underway in Chennai and the first schedule shooting was wrapped in Kashmir last month. Gautham Vasudev Menon and Mysskin have already completed shooting for their parts in the movie. Now, Arjun and Sanjay Dutt are awaiting their shooting dates for 'Leo'.
'Leo' cast includes Vijay, Trisha, Priya Anand, Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy, Mathew Thomas among others. The music for the movie is composed by Anirudh Ravichander and the film is set to release in theatres on October 19.
