'Kumki will have a sequel now'

Prabu Solomon's Kumki, which had Vikram Prabhu and Lakshmi Menon in lead roles will now have a sequel, we hear. Director Prabu Solomon confirms the same saying, 'I have plans for a second installment of the movie. I want to film it on a bigger scale.'
Quiz him whether he would retain the lead actors of Kumki for the sequel, he replies, 'I'm yet to decide on the cast and crew for the project.For now, I'm busy with the post production of my film with Dhanush. The Dhanush-starrer is most likely to hit the screens in May or June, after which I will focus on Kumki 2.'
