KS Ravikumar reveals he will be making 'Pistha 2'

Director KS Ravikumar made his debut in Kollywood with 'Puriyadha Pudhir', and he grew up to be one of the directors who was able to take films with psychology and dark themes as a base and make them into a comedy like 'Thenali'. The director is one of the successful pioneers of Tamil cinema, and after extending his path in the industry, he went on to act and even become a film producer. In a recent film promotion, the director said that people have obviously changed their choice of film over time and that a normal film only keeps them bored. KS Ravikumar noted that the film 'Aranmanai 4', which has family as the base subject, needs entertainment through emotions and added that people enjoyed it as it has an effect of sentiment, romance, and comedy.The actor, replying to the question about his future work, replied that he wants to make 'Pistha 2' and that the scripting work for it is underway. The film is a sequel to the 1997 comedy drama starring Karthi. Nagma, Mouli, and Maniavanan, among others. Following the first part, the director will now shoot for the movie's sequel. The official announcement is yet to be made.
