Actress Krithi Shetty, who has been part of two Tamil-Telugu bilingual films, 'The Warriorr' and 'Custody' recently, was in Chennai for the pooja event of her upcoming Tamil film 'Genie' starring Jayam Ravi in the lead. While the event went well, there seems to have been reports on social media of the young actress complaining about a star hero's son harassing her, which she has slammed as rumuours.
The reports read, "Krithi Shetty, who recently spoke to the Kollywood media in this show, created a sensation by commenting that she was being harassed by the son of a star hero. She is harassed in every event she attends. Wherever he goes, he has tried calling her to come there. He is trying hard to befriend Krithi Shetty but the actress does not like this."
Sharing a picture of the above reports on social media, actress Krithi Shetty wrote, "Please stop cooking up stories and spreading false information! Thought i'd ignore this since it’s such a baseless rumour....but it is getting blown out of proportion."
Jayam Ravi-starrer 'Genie', directed by Bhuvanesh Arjunan, a former assoicate of director Mysskin, also stars Kalyani Priyadarshan and Wamiqa Gabbi in the lead roles.
