A day after the shocking demise of veteran actress and politician J. Jayalalitha, another beloved actor and political giant, Cho Ramaswamy breathed his last around 4 a.m. on Wednesday at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. As news of his passing broke, many big Kollywood celebrities took to their social networking handles to offer their prayers and condolences.
Superstar Rajinikanth, who has shared a close friendship with the late actor and journalist, was one of the first people to stop by at his residence to pay his last respects. Even actor Ajith took some time off his busy schedule to pay his tribute to Cho. Suriya along with his father Sivakumar and brother Karthi, were among other celebs who attended the funeral. Nadigar Sangam president Vishal and other office bearers were also spotted at the funeral.
