Kavin's upcoming film 'Kiss,' which is set to hit the screens on September 19th, has now passed the censorship. Although the film is reported to have kissing scenes and romantic scenes, the film has been given a ‘U/A’ certificate by CBFC. While such scenes are usually frowned upon, the fact that the film crew received the certificate without any hindrance has created additional excitement among the fans.
A younger one, who hates public displays of affection
'Ayothi' fame
Preethi Asrani is playing the female lead opposite Kavin in 'Kiss.' Dancer Sathish Krishnan is making his directorial debut with the film. It is also special, as this is the first collaboration for both the hero and the director. Although the story has not been fully revealed, it is reported that it will humorously depict the contradictions that arise when a young man who hates public displays of affection (PDA) suddenly falls in love.
A strong team behind
The film's background crew also includes a strong technical team. Harish Kannan is handling the cinematography, and R.C. Pranav is handling the editing. Mohan Mahendran is the art director, while Peter Hein, Dinesh Subbarayan, and Rambo Wimal have developed the action sequences. This strong technical contribution from the film crew and the new angle of the story are increasing expectations among the fans.
Kavin and Preethi Asrani's comeback
Kavin, who delivered two films last year, 'Star' and 'Bloody Beggar,' is making a big-screen return with 'Kiss,' and he is expected to make a strong box office comeback. In addition to 'Kiss,' he is also part of 'Mask' and 'Hi,' and the talented actor is set to deliver unique roles to attract fans. On the other hand, Preethi Asrani, who made her Tamil debut with 'Ayothi' (2023), recently starred in Election. She will next be seen in 'Balti' opposite
Shane Nigam and 'Killer,' directed by SJ Suryah.
