Khushbu heaps praise on Dhanush's 'Raayan', calls the action drama a must-watch

Raayan, featuring Dhanush in the lead role, is now playing in theatres and enjoying a solid box office run. With a flood of positive reviews, the film is garnering praise from several cinema stars and dominating the internet. Veteran actress Khushbu shared her praise for Raayan on her X (Twitter) page, writing:

"Just watched #Raayan. Such a brilliantly made film. The actor @dhanushkraja excels. But here I see the director #Dhanush doing the magic. It’s rare to see such an explosive combo. Many many congratulations to you, Dhanush. Each person has done brilliantly well. And the magic of @arrahman enhances every frame. A must-watch. #RaayanBlockbuster."

Other stars from the South, including Mahesh Babu, Raghava Lawrence, and Prakash Raj, also shared their admiration for Raayan and specifically highlighted Dhanush's exceptional work as a director. SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, and Dushara Vijayan have also received attention for their roles in the film. However, it is Raayan's composer AR Rahman who truly stole the show with his pulsating background score.

Raayan is a gangster drama set in the backdrop of North Chennai, exploring themes of revenge. The film has been released in both Tamil and Telugu languages and is performing strongly at the box office, with expectations of reaching the 100 crore mark soon.
