'KGF' makers plan to cast Keerthy Suresh as the lead in their Tamil film

A couple of months back, the Kannada production house – ‘KGF’ movie makers officially announced that they will be entering the Tamil Film industry and stated that they will be collaborating with director Sudha Kongara. Now, there is a new buzz that the production house is planning to cast actress Keerthy Suresh as the lead role in the film that they have planned to produce in Kollywood.

According to reports, the ‘KGF’ makers planned to have Keerthy Suresh playing the main lead along with MS Bhaskar in a pivotal role. The rest of the cast and crew details are expected to be made. However, the official announcement is yet to be made.

It was earlier informed that the ‘KGF’ makers are collaborating with director Sudha Kongara and that the film will be based on true events that happened in the past. However, it is not sure if the production house is planning to cast Keerthy Suresh for their film with Sudha Kongara.

On the work front, Keerthy Suresh is awaiting the release of her film ‘Maamanan’ directed by Mari Selvaraj. She has also signed up for the Tamil film ‘Siren’ alongside Jayam Ravi.
