Keerthy posted the images on Instagram with a joyous message: 'Our dream icon made our dream wedding even more magical! @actorvijay sir. With love, Your Nanbi and Nanban (sic).' The photos were taken during the traditional Iyengar ceremony, where Keerthy looked radiant in a yellow and green madisar, a distinctive saree-draping style, paired with a side bun hairstyle, famously known as ‘Aandal Kondai’. Vijay was seen wearing a golden-white shirt and dhoti. He shared a warm handshake with the couple and stood in the middle of them with his hands raised in the air while striking a joyous pose for the camera.
The actress has shared the screen with Thalapathy Vijay in ‘Bairavaa’ (2017) and ‘Sarkar’ (2018). A viral image also surfaced online, showing actress Trisha Krishnan alongside director Atlee, his wife Priya, and actress Kalyani Priyadarshan at the ceremony. Additionally, fellow actors such as Nani and his wife Anjana were among the distinguished guests at the elaborate Goa wedding.
Antony Thattil is a Dubai-based entrepreneur from Kochi. The couple, who have been in a relationship for over 15 years, held two separate wedding ceremonies—one in the Iyengar tradition and another in a Christian style. Their wedding celebrations took place on December 12 in Goa.
On the work front, Keerthy is gearing up for the release of her Bollywood project, ‘Baby John’, starring Varun Dhawan. The film is set to hit theatres on December 25, coinciding with Christmas.
