Kee to now release on May 10

' starring Jiiva, Govind Padmasoorya and Nikki Galrani in the lead that has been trying to see the light of the day for a while. The release date has been changing, and now, the makers have announced that the film will release on May 10. Initially, the film was supposed to release on April 12.

Directed by Kalees and produced by Michael Rayappan, the team began shooting by August 2016, with Jiiva and Anaika Soti joining the team. Later, Malayalam actor Govind was roped in to play a negative role. In 2017 August, the team released the first look poster and released the official teaser in October 2017.

Though there were reports that the film will be release soon, production difficulties made it delay the release. During one of our interviews with Jiiva, the actor even spoke about the delay. "Kee is a film that we discussed some time ago. The project went on floors and we were done with the shoot, too. But there was a production problem. We waited for the film to release, which is why it seemed like there was a gap. It did bother me for a while, but I am sure it will release," said Jiiva.

RJ Balaji, Suhasini and Rajendra Prasad plays an important role in the film. And composer

Vishal Chandrasekar

has scored music for the film.
