Karthi wishes Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara as the couple embrace parenthood

Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara were blessed with twin boys last Sunday (Oct 9), and the former shared the first picture of the little ones on social media. Fans and stars have been wishing the couple and the latest to join the bandwagon is Karthi. The actor has sent a flower bouquet with the message "Welcome to parenthood god bless you four! -Karthi". Vignesh Shivan has shared the picture of the bouquet from Karthi on his Instagram story and wrote "Thank u @Karthi_offl so much sir :) Really sweet & thoughtful of u" to thank the actor for his sweet message. It is worth mentioning that Karthi and Nayanthara have worked together on the film 'Kashmora' which was released in 2016.


Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan got married in June this year in a grand ceremony that happened with the presence of several cinema stars, and the pictures from the event went viral earlier. Reports claim that the couple has chosen to become parents via surrogacy, however, the couple opting the way before the wedding has landed them in trouble. Tamil Nadu health minister Ma Subramaniam has asked for an explanation from the new parents and also asked to share the details of their surrogacy to check whether they have violated the government rules or not.

On the work front, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan are busy with their respective films, and the duo last delivered 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal' together. Nayanthara played the lead role in Vignesh Shivan's directorial, while Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha played the other two lead characters.
