Karthi opens up on Sri Reddy’s allegations

Telugu actress Sri Reddy, over the last few days, has been making some serious allegations against Tamil cinema personalities.
In an attempt to fight against the casting couch culture, Sri Reddy has exposed the names of AR Murugadoss, Sundar C, Srikanth, Raghava Lawrence and Sundeep Kishan, and alleged that they took advantage of her.

Taking to her Facebook page, Sri Reddy has been posting a series of revelations over time and all those have kicked up a storm in Kollywood.Days after her statements, the Nadigar Sangam Treasurer and actor Karthi have finally opened up on the controversy.
Talking about the issue, Karthi stated that Sri Reddy should have gone to the police if she has enough proof. He clarified that the Nadigar Sangam cannot take any actions without a proper complaint. Hitting out at Sri Reddy, Karthi said that the allegations made so far are baseless. An official statement from Nadigar Sangam regarding the issue is expected soon.
On Wednesday, Sri Reddy reportedly apologised to actor Vishal for lashing out at him. In fact, she had earlier accused Vishal of threatening her for exposing the names of Tamil celebrities.
Without naming the actress, Sri Reddy, in her recent post, has asked top actresses such as Trisha and Nayanthara to come out in the open and talk about casting couch that they may have faced.
