Karthi donates 1 crore to Nadigar Sangam?

Actor Karthi seems to have donated Rs 1 crore for the construction of Nadigar Sangam building. The buzz is that this gesture of the Kadaikutty Singam actor has won the appreciation of many others in the industry.
Interestingly, Karthi was the treasurer of Nadigar Sangam in the last term, which concluded recently. Though the entire team has been working to complete the building, it looks like they still require more money to complete the construction.In the meantime, the election process for the next term has begun.
On the film front, Karthi has signed a new film with his sister-in-law Jyotika. The film will be directed by Jeethu Joseph of Drishyam fame. He is also part of Kaithi. Karthi's last release was Dev, which failed to shine at the Box Office.
