Kovai Sarala who played a pivotal role in the movie. Reportedly, he lauded Kovai Sarala stating that she is a monster when it comes to acting, and addressed her as ‘Nadippu Ratchasi’.

Thambi Ramaiah in lead roles. Kovai Sarala plays the role of a 90-year-old grandmother and Thambi Ramaiah is said to play the role of a bus conductor. The story of the film revolves around Kovai Sarala who lives in a village situated on the hills with her granddaughter.
