K Bhagyaraj made his presence known as a chief guest for the audio launch of the upcoming Tamil film 'Kaa'. While speaking at the event, K Bhagyaraj explained the importance of encouraging a quality film and shared his praise for the recent Malayalam hit 'Manjummel Boys'.
