Actor John Kokken, who shot to fame with his role as an antagonist in the boxing drama opposite Arya in 'Sarpatta Parambarai', played the antagonist in Ajith's 'Thunivu' directed by H Vinoth. The talented actor, who is an ardent fan of Ajith Kumar, has thanked the star actor for a guiding light on the occasion of Teacher's Day today.

Sharing a picture of Ajith, John Kokken wrote, "God couldn’t be everywhere so he gave us teachers, someone to guide us in the right direction so that we may grow in life. Thank you Ajith Kumar Sir for being that guiding light not just for me but for millions. Thank you for coming into my life and making my life better."


John Kokken had earlier revealed during release of 'Thunivu' revealed that Ajith had advised him to "Keep your eyes on the goal." Ajith has apparently cheered the hardworking actor through a phone call and shared some motivational words. Ajith shared that life is full of ups and downs, but one has to keep their eyes on the goal and stay focused no matter what happens. He also added that ‘It's all about time and your time will come, so one needs to be patient and work hard’.

Meanwhile on the work front, John Kokken is part Dhanush-starrer 'Captain Miller' directed by Arun Matheswaran.
