Actor Ramesh who got his name Jithan Ramesh after playing the lead role in the film ‘Jithan’ is now gearing up for the release of his next film titled ‘Route No 17’. Actor after a long gap in the entertainment industry appeared on a television reality show, which got him back to kickstart his acting career again. Directed by Abhilash G Devan of ‘Thai Nilam’ fame, the movie stars Jithan Ramesh and Anju Pandiya in lead roles and the cast includes Hareesh Peradi, Madhan, and Amar Ramachandran among others. The music for the movie is composed by Malayalam composer Ouseppachan.
Reportedly, Jithan Ramesh is said to play the lead role of three characters parallelly. The story of the movie revolves around a forest path that is shut for 30 years for a mysterious reason and the plot revolves around how trespassers who travel are found dead the same day. The story is billed to be a revenge thriller and it is set in three different time periods between 1990 and 2020 Jithan Ramesh playing the lead role is said to appear in three different looks.
The movie is said to be released in theatres this year.
