Jiiva in Jananathan's next?

The latest buzz in Kollywood is that director S P Jananathan, after having worked with Jiiva earlier in E, will soon be joining hands with him again for a period flick.
Talking to CT, Jananathan says, ���������Soon after we finished E, Jiiva and I had plans of doing another film. But, we both got busy with other projects. I met Jiiva recently and we got talking about the prospect of doing another film.We still haven���������t firmed up anything, but I can say that ours will not be a period flick.���������
But the director says that he���������s working on a script that���������s set 1,000 years ago. ���������Around 1,000 years ago, when the rest of the world was going through what���������s now known as the Dark Ages, India was full of scholars and intellectual people. There is literature in Tamil that talks of engineering excellence. Through this script, I aim to throw light on the engineering skill of those Indians, especially Tamilians, who lived centuries ago,��������� he adds.
However, Jananathan quickly assures us that his film will not preach or be in the format of a documentary !
���������It���������s a love story. But instead of being set against the usual backdrop of war or mythology, it has been told in the context of engineering excellence. I���������m currently researching the topic,��������� he says.
