Jayam Ravi's 'Genie' first look poster out!

Actor Jayam Ravi who was last seen in the Tamil film 'Siren' and he is now busy shooting for his next film. The actor's 35th film is titled 'Genie' and the movie is directed by Arjunan, a debutant who was an associate of director Mysskin. The makers have now launched the first look poster of the film. The poster features jayam Ravi as a genie ans he has donned a stylish man bun.

The poster has the actor coming out of a pot and he is surrounded with money, gold coins and many eateries. The actor also has a broken chain that has him encircled in it. The film is said to be a pan Indian project and it will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and the movie stars Jayam Ravi, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Krithi Shetty, and Wamiqa Gabbi in lead roles. The music for the movie is composed by AR Rahman.



Actor Jayam Ravi on the work front, after 'Genie' has his film 'Brother' which is directed by M Rajesh. Following 'Brother', the actor is said to sign up for 'Thani Oruvan 2' with director Mohan Raja. In other news, the actor is said to withdraw from the film 'Thug Life' that is directed by Mani Ratnam. The move stars Kamal Haasan in the lead role and before Jayam Ravi, it was said that actor Dulquer Salmaan has also withdrawn from the film.
