Director Sudha Kongara is expected to begin her upcoming film soon with Sivakarthikeyan playing the lead role. While actor Vishal was initially reported to be playing the antagonist, the latest is that Jayam Ravi is in talks to play the antagonist role in the film.
While Sivakarthikeyan is currently busy wrapping up the shooting of his film with director AR Murugadoss, tentatively known as 'SK 23', his film with Sudha Kongara is touted to be his 25th film, which was confirmed earlier by music composer GV Prakash.
GV Prakash is composing music for the film joining with director Sudha Kongara once again, after their superhit National Award winning film 'Soorarai Pottru'. It is to be noted that Sudha Kongara had earlier announced 'Purananooru' with actor Suriya in the lead role. While there has been no talks about the project, buzz is that Sivakarthikeyan has been roped in to the project.
Meanwhile, Jayam Ravi, who was last seen in director M Rajesh's 'Brother' will soon be seen in 'Genie' directed by Arjunan Jr and 'Kadhalikka Neramillai' written and directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi.
