Jayam Ravi takes on an asteroid

The trailer of Tik Tik Tik, which is touted to be the first space thriller of the country, was released recently. The teaser shows Jayam Ravi as an astronaut, but as the trailer reveals that he is only magician who can get into any situation with his magic skills.
An asteroid hits Ennore in Chennai, and the country realizes an impending threat of another asteroid, which is likely to hit the earth in seven days.The impact is expected to affect millions of lives in India and destroy the country. To blast the asteroid before it enters the earth, the team needs a 200 kilotons nuclear missile, which is in the secure vault at a space centre owned by another country. And, the Indian defence team is unable to proceed with the talks regarding the same. That’s where Jayam Ravi comes into the picture. The trailer also reveals a minor scuffle between astronauts of two countries where Jayam Ravi says that India needs to get there first.
The film is directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan of Naaigal Jaakirathai fame and produced by Hitesh Jhabak. Venkatesh has done the cinematography and Pradeep E Ragav is handling the editing. The film has music composed by D Imman and has Nivetha Pethuraj , Aaron Aziz and Aarav Ravi as part of the star cast.
