As Jayam Ravi is looking forward to releasing his 25th film, Bhoomi for Pongal, the actor looks back on his journey in Tamil Cinema. Having started his career in 2003, with Jayam, Ravi went on to star in many hit films in his journey. With some of the biggest films being 'M. Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi', 'Santhosh Subramaniyam', 'Engeyum Kadhal', 'Thani Oruvan' and 'Bogan', Ravi took to his social media to thank his fans and well-wishers for constantly showering him with love.

In his note, he said, "Reminiscing my journey in the film industry, I owe a great deal to my fans and audiences who have constantly showered me with their applause, appreciation and their strong confidence in me to deliver meaningful cinema. They have treated me like their own during my tough times and boosted my morale through their endearing love for my movies. I would not have come this far without them who I consider as an extended part of my family."
Apart from Bhoomi, Ravi is also part of Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan', in which he plays the titular role. The film also has Vikram, Karthi, Trisha, and Aishwarya Lekshmi in lead roles. And then, Ravi is also part of 'Janaganamana'.
