Jayam Ravi does a cameo in Thumbaa

Jayam Ravi is not new to scripts that has a forest connect. Having done films like

Peranmai

and

Vanamagan

, the actor will be doing a cameo in the upcoming

Thumbaa

, yet another forest-based, kids' entertainer.

Producer Surekha Nyapati says, “We are overwhelmed with Jayam Ravi sir’s great gesture of accepting to play the cameo in this film. With his star status escalating with each project and his calendars inked with continuous works, it’s really surprising and exciting to see him give a nod.” On his role, producer says, “We want to keep it as a surprise element and believe that audience will enjoy his screen time though it’s a cameo.”

Thumbaa will have its worldwide release on June 21. The film features Darshan, Keerthi Pandian and Dheena in lead roles. With Anirudh and Vivek Mervin composing single track each, other songs and background score is by Santhosh Dhayanidhi.
