PM Narendra Modi has asked the people of India to observes a self-curfew on March 22 from 7 am to 9 pm and at 5 pm on the day, he has asked everyone to step out on their balconies or stand at their windows and applaud for those people who have been working tirelessly for us during these testing times. And fans think that this thought of the Prime Minister has connections with the plot of Sivakarthikeyan's 'Velaikkaran', which was directed by Mohan Raja. In 'Velaikkaran', Sivakarthikeyan - the lead actor of the 2017 film, asks the people to switch on lights at midnight to show their support for his efforts for the change in society.

Just like the people in the film did show solidarity by switching on their lights at midnight, let’s hope the people of India show their support as well and thank the heroes who have been working for our safety as well.
