Ask her about singing for the first time and she says, "I've been wanting to sing for a long time, but I didn't know how to go about it. Also, I wasn't sure if I was properly trained for it as I learned Carnatic music when I was really young. I had worked with Ashwin in

. During that time, I had expressed my desire to sing to him. During this quarantine period, he contacted me and asked if I'd be interested to sing. We connected over Skype and he helped me through it. I was very nervous and wasn't confident. But Ashwin encouraged me a lot. When I heard the final output, I wondered if it was my voice. It has come out really well."
